Collection and Use of Information
ConSol Labs stores log files that track IP addresses to diagnose problems with its servers, and monitor traffic and usage to better serve its customers and website visitors. Beyond this we do not collect any personal information.

Since we sometimes embed external content such as videos and slides in iframes where the respective provider in turn may track you, we need to set a cookie in your browser that stores whether you want to see such content.

Security and Data Protection
ConSol and its service providers take all precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality and security of the information of website visitors and customers by means of industry-specific security measures, such as firewalls, in combination with carefully developed security procedures. These measures serve to protect visitor and customer information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized changes.

The employees of ConSol have been trained and obligated to protect the information of customers and website visitors. Using physical, electronic, and procedural measures safeguards, we limit access to such personal information to the employees who require such information for business purposes. In addition, we conduct regular inspections to examine the appropriateness of our security measures.

Data transmissions to third countries occur only in connection with contractual execution, necessary communications, and other exceptions specifically stipulated in the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
These third countries are: USA.

Data Protection Officer
ConSol employs a data protection officer who is responsible for the internal supervision of ConSol’s data protection policy. ConSol trains its employees regularly to ensure compliance with this policy.

ConSol does not accept liability for the data protection practices or the contents of such other websites.
